Private Coaching

My approach is non-religious and based on experiential learning. I emphasize the practical benefits of regular meditation through customized sessions based on the unique needs of each client. Classes are 30, 60 and 90 minutes and focus on one or more of the following mindfulness modalities:

  • Mindful movement to unify body and mind

  • Sound vibration to relieve stress and anxiety

  • Focused sitting to improve clarity and decisiveness

  • Compassionate visualization to increase compassion and empathy

  • Healing visualization to purify and energize
